Is it time to scrap the Electoral College?

- It's very simple. The way to fix the elections is to actually follow the constitution. The Vice President should be the person who gets the second most electoral votes, not some appointee marketing tool.

- This bill failed because of REPUBLICANS not voting for it. Everything being added is to gain support from the republicans, something McCain miserably failed at.
